Can I send something as a gift? Will there be a receipt in the box?

Absolutely! Our products make thoughtful, beautiful gifts. No physical receipt will be included in the box — we email invoices directly to the purchaser. At checkout, you can also select our gift wrap option, which includes premium wrapping for an extra special touch.

How do I request a return or refund?

Can I create my own gift box?

Yes, you can! Simply add the individual items you'd like to your cart, then select the gift wrap option at checkout. For an additional $6, we’ll package your selections in a gift box with tissue paper, shredded fill, and a personalised card.
